1C-Bitrix and Bitrix24 license renewal terms simplified

From 1 March 2020, renewal terms for 1C-Bitrix and Bitrix24 licenses changed: updating a project costs 25% of the license price regardless of how long it has been since the previous renewal. Late renewal previously could worsen terms; a flat rate simplifies budgeting.
Annual updates run via SiteUpdate without mandatory specialist involvement. An active license unlocks new features, integrations, and support. CMS owners should pick an edition — for example Standard — and schedule renewal in the maintenance calendar.
