Bitrix24 implementation
We configure Bitrix24 around your company’s processes: CRM and sales pipelines, tasks and projects, telephony, website and 1C integrations. We don’t just “install software” — we build a system where no lead is lost and managers see the real sales picture.
Why buying Bitrix24 is not the same as implementing it
Bitrix24 is the most widely used CRM in Russia, and a license can be bought in five minutes. The real problems start later: the portal is registered, employees are invited, yet work continues the old way — deals in notebooks, tasks in chats, reports in Excel. A couple of months later the company decides that “CRM doesn’t work” — when it wasn’t the CRM that failed, but its setup.
Implementation means transferring your real business processes into the system: which stages a deal goes through, who joins and when, what happens to a lead at night and on weekends, which emails and documents are generated automatically. A portal tuned to real processes is adopted quickly because it makes work easier — not another checkbox tool.
That’s exactly what we do: we analyze how the company sells and works today, design how it should look in Bitrix24, configure it, train people, and support the first weeks — the critical period that decides whether the system sticks.
Sound familiar?
Four situations we see most often. If even one sounds familiar, automation will pay for itself.
Leads come in, sales don’t
Ads bring leads, but conversion is low: some requests are lost in email and messengers, managers forget to call back, the client base is scattered across personal phones. CRM gathers every inquiry into one queue and won’t let a deal stall without a next step.
Tasks sink, deadlines slip
Assignments are handed out verbally and in chats, ownership is fuzzy, deadlines are remembered after they’ve passed. Tasks and projects in Bitrix24 give every assignment an owner, a due date, and oversight — without daily standups about “who’s doing what.”
Routine eats the workday
Managers manually prepare invoices and contracts, duplicate data between systems, and write the same emails over and over. Bitrix24 robots and templates take that mechanical work — people focus on clients, not copy-paste.
Decisions are made blind
It’s unclear which ad channel makes money, which managers actually sell, and where deals get stuck. End-to-end analytics and CRM reports show numbers instead of gut feelings — and decisions stop being opinion debates.
Two implementation scenarios
Starting from scratch or already tried Bitrix24 on your own — the approach differs. Both scenarios are routine for us.
The company doesn’t use CRM yet or works in spreadsheets. We start with process analysis: how clients arrive, how sales work, where money is lost. We design the portal structure, configure the needed areas, migrate the client base from sheets and email, connect communication channels, and train employees. We start with a minimal working setup — complexity comes after the team masters the basics.
Cloud or on-premise
Cloud Bitrix24
The portal runs on the vendor’s servers: fast start without buying hardware, monthly billing, automatic updates. Optimal for most small and mid-size businesses — you can start on day one.
On-premise edition
The portal is deployed on your server: full data control, deep customization including logic changes, integration with internal systems behind a closed perimeter. The choice for companies with special security requirements and non-standard processes.
We help choose the edition and plan without overpaying: we calculate by headcount, needed features, and growth plans. The license is paid to the vendor and always shown as a separate line in our estimate — implementation cost and platform cost are never mixed. If you’re unsure, start with the cloud: moving to on-premise later is possible, and we do that too.
How implementation works
Interviews and process analysis
We talk with leadership and key employees: how sales and work run today, where leads and time are lost. This stage clarifies what to automate first — and what would only get in the system’s way.
Design and specification
We translate processes into Bitrix24 terms: company structure, pipelines and stages, roles and permissions, communication channels, integrations, automation scenarios. We capture the expected outcome in a technical specification — that’s what we deliver against.
Portal configuration
We deploy and configure the portal to the specification: CRM, tasks, telephony, email, robots, and business processes. We work in iterations with interim demos — you see the system as it’s built, not as a surprise at the end.
Integrations
We connect the website, telephony, 1C, messengers, and other systems. Every exchange is verified on test data: a website lead must reach the manager; an invoice from 1C must land in the deal card.
Data migration
We load the client, deal, and contact base from the old CRM, spreadsheets, or email. We clean duplicates and agree on data rules so order lasts — not just until launch day.
Team training
We train by role: managers — deals and communications; leaders — reports and control. We record instructions for your processes, not generic “button click” videos.
Launch and support
We move company work into the portal and stay available through the adaptation period: answering questions, refining settings from employee feedback. These weeks decide whether the system sticks.
Growth
Once the basics are mastered, we expand automation: new pipelines, end-to-end analytics, extra integrations, marketing tools. We grow the portal with the company — on an agreed plan.
Integrations: Bitrix24 connected to your systems
Real time savings start when systems exchange data on their own. We design every integration before configuring it: what moves where and how often, and what happens on failure.
What you get in the end
A working system, not a feature pile
The portal is configured for your processes: pipelines match real sales, automation covers routine work, and unused features are turned off so people aren’t distracted.
A team that actually uses CRM
Employees are trained by role and understand why the system matters. Instructions are recorded for your scenarios — a new hire can onboard from them without one-on-one training.
Transparent sales for leadership
Reports show the pipeline, manager load, client sources, and stuck deals. Management decisions rest on system numbers — not retellings in a standup.
Documentation and independence
We hand over configuration docs, admin rights, and growth recommendations. The portal is yours and doesn’t become a black box only one contractor can maintain.

Quick Start
We stand up a working Bitrix24 portal in one day: department structure, access permissions, and core tools for the team. It helps you leave chat and spreadsheet chaos and work in one system. CRM and automation grow later without rebuilding from scratch — the launch stays a solid working foundation.
