On 6 March 2020 Bitrix24 announced a major update presentation for 3 April (11:00 MSK). The tease covered a new approach to CRM order handling, a rethought mobile app as an office extension, end-to-end analytics updates, an extra contact-center channel, and improvements to tasks, sites, and RPA.
The announcement primed the market for the London release and stressed remote sales. Companies running pipelines in Bitrix24 needed time to train managers on new payment and mobile workflows.
