Bitrix24 Boston: RPA, health features, and client communications

On 4 October 2019 Bitrix24 Boston launched. Among five headline items the vendor highlighted business robotics (RPA): employees configure invoice and leave approvals and similar flows from a PC or phone without custom development. The request path stays visible to participants.
Health features for team load and wellbeing, plus new client communication options, were also announced. The release strengthened automation inside Bitrix24 for companies that need transparent approval routes without a heavy BPM project.
