Bitrix24 again named the most implemented CRM in Russia

In July 2020 Bitrix24 published findings from the Institute for Entrepreneurship Problems and J’son & Partners Consulting: the service was again named the most implemented CRM in Russia. Figures included 43.5% of implemented CRMs, about a quarter of entrepreneurs with spontaneous brand awareness, and a 21.4% year-over-year rise in CRM usage nationwide.
Rankings describe reach, not guaranteed outcomes for a given company. Process fit, integrations, and Bitrix24 implementation quality still matter when choosing a system.
