Bitrix24 named CRM market leader in Russia in 2019

On 5 April 2019 the vendor reported Institute for Entrepreneurship Problems findings: Bitrix24 was named the leading CRM vendor. The publication also noted that only about 14% of Russian companies used CRM at the time, and more than half had never heard of such systems.
Figures describe awareness and share, not the outcome of a specific rollout. Sales process fit and Bitrix24 implementation quality still matter when choosing a platform.
