Bitrix24 Vega + AI: CoPilot, new chat, and BI builder

Bitrix24 Vega focused on the built-in CoPilot assistant and communication updates. CoPilot is described in CRM (call recording summary and deal field fill-in), chat (phrasing and shortening text), Feed, mail, sites, and tasks.

In parallel the vendor outlined a new chat experience, an updated BI builder, and mobile app changes. The release idea is to deliver results inside familiar portal sections rather than a separate AI service.

Teams implementing Bitrix24 should decide early which roles may use CoPilot and which data can be sent to the model under company policy.
