New Bitrix24 Weightlessness: A Brief Overview of the New Features

Bitrix24 has updated to the Zephyr version, offering a fresh and intuitive interface. The main new feature is Messenger, enhanced with the smart assistant Marta AI, which makes everyday tasks easier.

What's new:

• Easy CRM setup through a conversation with Marta AI: simply tell her about your business, and she'll customize the CRM to your needs;

• Boost sales with artificial intelligence: Marta AI will analyze your customer base and offer personalized strategies to increase sales;

• Updated Messenger 3.0: now includes secure chats, surveys, screenshot protection, and automatic message deletion. The CoPilot Follow-up tool for call analysis has also been added;

• Online scheduling and CRM integration: clients can choose a convenient time and pay for services online directly through the Bitrix24 portal, with all information saved in their client profile;

• BitrixGPT 4.5: a proprietary version of the neural network that works without the need for a VPN.
