ZUP covers staffing plans, hires/transfers, sick leave, vacations, bonuses, personal income tax and contributions, and regulator reports. It does not replace Accounting entirely—it extracts payroll where it is harder than “a few entries.”
ZUP vs Accounting vs UNF
Accounting has simplified payroll for simple schemes. ZUP is for growing headcount, shifts, regional allowances, complex bonuses. UNF is not an HR system substitute.
When to move to ZUP
