KP vs buying the box
The product license is the right to use. KP is the right to update and receive support under 1C rules. The card lists 12 months at a preferential price (terms confirmed at order).
What Basic usually covers
Platform/typical config updates per the program, information-technology support within the plan, knowledge/services per the contract. Exact scope matches the plan at purchase time.
Who must have it
Anyone filing statutory reports from 1C. “Buy once and forget” only works until the first law change.
