Professional is the top Bitrix24 cloud plan for teams that need richer automation, reporting, and limits beyond Standard. It is not the same as boxed Enterprise or portals 50–500. RunetLab issues the subscription and implements the processes.
When Cloud Professional pays off
Choose it when sales and service processes are already mature: several lines of business, dense client communications, robots, SLA control, and management reporting. Standard feels tight on features or limits, yet on-premise is not required yet.
If the team is only starting to log leads in CRM, start on Base/Standard and grow — otherwise you pay for an idle contour.

Base — paid minimum.

Professional — the richest set in the Base/Std/Prof cloud line.

Subscription and upgrade path
On the card: 1 month and 12 months. A month fits a controlled pilot in one department; a year fits when automation ROI is already modeled. Downgrading for savings needs care — working scenarios can break.
